7:30 Prayer service for crops and industry in Corsica CRC

*Today it is our pleasure to welcome Fred Wilgenburg to our church this morning. Fred is the director of the Center of Hope Sioux Falls and he will be sharing the Word of God with us during the evening service.

*The SR RCYF will be going to the movie, To Save A Life, at the Lorain Theater in Armour on Sunday evening. This movie deals with the issues of teen suicide, peer pressure, cliques, faith and the pressures today's teens must unfortunately face. It is from the same studio that distributed FIREPROOF and is very well made. You can find out more about this movie on its website www.tosavealifemovie.com. All high school students are encouraged to attend. Feel free to bring a friend. We will be meeting at the Stickney School at 6:40 p.m.

*On Sunday evening the 14th, we will be having evening church at the Methodist Church at 7 pm. We will be hearing from Pastor Marlin, Jackie Niewenhuis, and Pastor Dan reflect on Haiti in the aftermath of the earthquake. If you are interested in learning more about Haiti, as well as pray and offer support for the people there, please come.

*Platte Area MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers )- Will meet Monday, March 8th at the Calvary Baptist Church in Platte, SD, from 9:30 -11:30am. If you are the mother of a pre-schooler (ages 0-5) you are welcome to attend! Childcare is provided.

Prayer Needs: Please continue to pray for Dorothy Lund, Randy DeWaard, and Kevin and Sheila Ries, and Dorothy Vanden Bos and Elmer Bultje, who are in Corsica. Please pray for Willie Punt, who is undergoing radiation treatments. Pray for healing for Summer Breukelman's mom, Charlotte Barondeau who is suffering from a low platelet count as a result of a blood condition called A plastic Anemia.
    Pray also for her aunt Carmin Rausch who has been battling cancer for 10 years now. She is very sick and needs prayers for comfort and peace for both her and her family. Please remember in your prayers Tim Nydam, Tanner Haines, who is in Kuwait, and Tony Niewenhuis, who is in Kuwait.

*The auditing books are done and can be picked up on the back table as soon as possible. Thank you to all the groups that submitted them.

*Remember our shut-ins: Dorothy Vanden Bos in the Corsica Nursing Home, Frances Hansum in Platte Care Center, Henrietta Bultje in Brady Home, Lillian Van Genderen in Rosewood Court in Mitchell, Adrian DeWaard at the Human Services Center in Yankton, and Ray and Johanna Olivier in the Corsica Nursing Home

*Annual Day of Prayer for Crops and Industry prayer service will be held at Corsica CRC Wednesday, March 10, at 7:30 p.m. Join in this vital time of prayer and commitment to God with the church families of Corsica, New Holland and Aurora Center.
